This evening, the business will celebrate 40 years of this remarkable motoring icon and the world’s most complete luxury vehicle at the 40th Anniversary event for Range Rover being held in conjunction with Vogue magazine at Kensington Palace. The event, which celebrates the past, present and future of Range Rover, will offer guests a sneak preview of the all-new addition to the Range Rover family as its name is announced for the first time, ahead of its global public debut at the Paris Motorshow on September 30, 2010.

This new Range Rover is an important step for the future success and growth of our business. It is not only the 6th model that we are adding to our portfolio, but with the introduction of a third Range Rover model, we are firmly establishing the brand. This important investment in our future is also a great sign of trust from our parent company, Tata Motors.

The new Range Rover will be the smallest, lightest and most efficient Range Rover ever produced and the third Range Rover model to compete in the fuel-efficient premium compact luxury SUV segment in North America. Its sporting looks and unique qualities will open the brand to a new group of customers who may not have considered one of our products before.
